We are looking for an SEO specialist who understands: search engine optimization is not about positions, but about solving business problems. In our team, this is the role of an analyst, strategist and technical expert at the same time. You will work on promoting websites, analyze the market and competitors, eliminate technical errors and form the semantic basis for successful promotion.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct full-scale SEO audits (technical, content, structural);
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for both company and client websites;
- Collect and cluster semantic cores; analyze keyword frequency and competitiveness;
- Optimize pages according to search engine requirements: meta tags, headings, ALT text, content structure;
- Prepare briefs for copywriters to create SEO-optimized content;
- Identify and fix technical issues: redirects, broken links, duplicate pages, schema markup, etc.;
- Analyze competitors, identify growth opportunities, and propose solutions;
- Work with backlinks: audit, link building, crowd marketing;
- Monitor and report on key metrics: rankings, traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectivenes.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an SEO specialist;
- Understanding of SEO principles and how search engines work (Google, Bing);
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO and technical optimization;
- Experience using SEO tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Serpstat, etc.);
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress);
- Ability to structure a website, define URL logic, and manage internal linking;
- Strong analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
