Vacancy – SMM specialist

SELECTOR.SPACE is a digital agency that not only builds various types of websites but also helps brands grow comprehensively in the digital environment. Everything matters: design, SEO optimization, and every step of the website development process, when the goal is to create an effective business tool. We’re looking for an SMM specialist who sees meaning behind every piece of content and action behind every number. For us, this is not just a technical role, it’s a combination of communicator, analyst, and creator. You’ll be involved in developing SMM strategies, creating visual and text content, analyzing performance, and growing social media communications for both client projects and our internal brands.

Your tasks:

• Develop SMM strategies for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok;
• Create content plans that thoughtfully combine various formats (posts, stories, Reels, videos, infographics);
• Work with graphic tools such as Canva, Persona and Photoshop;
• Write texts for posts, Reels, and videos: catchy, persuasive, and aligned with brand style;
• Edit video content using ready-made materials in InShot, Canva and VN;
• Stay on top of trends and adapt content to keep it relevant;
• Analyze performance and report results, adjust strategies, and optimize content.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience managing business or brand social media accounts;
• Ability to think strategical, from concept to result;
• Creativity, a good eye for visuals, and strong writing skills;
• Experience working with graphic and video editing tools;
• Understanding of basic promotion principles (organic growth, algorithms, reach, engagement);
• Analytical thinking, structured work style, and a sense of responsibility;
• Availability online during working hours and the ability to work as part of a team.
